Privacy and cookies
In short: the site shows no ads, sells no data and builds no profiles. Analytics loads only with your consent and with IP anonymization. Below is exactly what and why.
Who processes the data
The site is run by the author of the AquaTactica YouTube channel on a non-commercial basis. For any data questions, use the contact form on the site.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which sections are most useful. It loads only after you click “Accept” in the consent banner. The IP is anonymized (anonymize_ip). Aggregated, non-identifying data is collected: which pages were opened, device and browser type, approximate region (country), referral source. Name, e-mail and precise identity are not collected.
Contact form
If you write via the form, your name, e-mail and message are passed to an email-delivery service (FormSubmit) and reach the author’s inbox. They are not stored on the site. Name and e-mail are optional.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses a minimum of housekeeping entries. No analytics cookies are set before consent.

Third parties
Hosting is Cloudflare Pages (handles technical requests and cookieless aggregated web analytics). Videos are embedded via youtube-nocookie.com — YouTube sets no cookies until you start a video. Map tiles are served by OpenStreetMap, Esri and OpenSeaMap.
Legal basis and your rights
The basis for analytics is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); it can be withdrawn at any time. You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD, aepd.es).
How to withdraw consent
Click “Cookie settings” in the site footer (or open this banner) and choose “Essential only”. Analytics will be turned off.
